The second and third grade students this artworks semester completed the lesson unit of “Human Nature,” a series of 4 lessons dedicated to the understanding of how humans actively influence the environment around them, as well as how humans can use creativity and art making to make positive change in the world and environment in this crucial time. The children used techniques in sculpture, painting and drawing to help the environment and understand their importance within nature to make the world a better place.

Mr. Alex assists the students with their group mural representing the wildlife and landscape of Maine.
